OAO “Petrozavodsk Bread-baking Complex”. Procurement of main production facilities for technical upgrade. Replacement of the process line. Switch of the boiler house and the baking oven to natural gas (Rigachina str. 37)
ZAO “Engineering Center EFER”. Extension of production area and procurement of equipment for manufacturing firefighting robots and fire extinguishers (Zavodskaya str. 4)
OOO “Karelia Profile”. Upgrade of the existing facilities. Procurement of new equipment. Upgrade of a plant for manufacturing fuel pellets from lumber waste (Tomitsy st.)
OOO “Onezhsky Shipyard”. Technical upgrade of the yard. Procurement of equipment, reconstruction of buildings and constructions. Building a mobile shelter for painting vessels being under construction (Rigachina str. 25)
ZAO “Petrozavodskmash”. Establishment of a special workshop for manufacturing equipment for nuclear industry. The project is intended for 3 years (2009–2011) (Zaitseva str. 65)

Petrozavodsk State University. Repairs of the left wing of the building in Lenina 31 for the first block of the IT park.
OAO Russian Railroads. Reconstruction of preschool facility No. 25. Building up the 2 nd floor.
Charitable Fund New Generation.Construction of a skate park in the area of Yunost stadium and a sport ground with artificial turf (school No. 12, Sulazhgora area, Novosulazhgorskaya str. 29).
